Just Consulting unveils the Bottega Prosecco Bar concept

As Just Consulting we have just signed an agreement with Bottega, the prestigious Italian grappa and wine maker as part of our enterprise to pioneer for the enlargement and expansion  of Bottega Prosecco Bar in Turkey.

Under the guidance/supervision of our company, the Bottega Prosecco Barconcept which has crowned a-century-old Italian story with beautifully designed artistic bottles has been introduced to Turkey. As Just Consulting we plan to bring our customers into touch with Bottega to help the brand branch out into the Turkish market and provide investors with full operational support during the startup/setup process.

Bottega Prosecco Bars are typical Venetian bars offering the atmosphere and ambiance of a typical Venetian Bacaro bar to an international audience. They offer delicious snacks and fine finger food along with a wide variety of wines all day, throughout the year. They are small, friendly venues with stylish interior designs allowing their customers to enjoy their personal favorite wine and snack selections. The concept is more likely to appeal to investors who are keen on the Italian touch.

With the traditional taste of Bottega'sprosecco aroma, the heavy ceremonial air of champagne has eased off and evolved into an everyday custom as the leading capitals around the world became more and more interested in the Bottega Prosecco Bar concept. Meanwhile the Mediterranean food culture which promises healthy, fresh, light yet satisfying tastes shines out more than ever.

The Bottega Group has five wineries including the historical blowing glass factory which was delicately renovated a few years ago. The brand which is the number-one supplier of wine and spirits in Rome and Milan has 400 distributors and 3500 direct customers around the world.

The first concept was launched onboard Viking Cindrella Cruise Ship in 2014. The following year same concept was applied to the Intercontinental Hotel in Abu Dhabi. With the UK added to the list, the number of branches has increased to three within two years.

Now on its third year, the Bottega Prosecco Bar concept which has been growing since 2014 is ready to be discovered by Turkish investors. And the distinguished bottles which were once the rewards for wine makers after a long day's work in the world-renowned vineyards are apt to become graceful triumph cups for the urban people of Turkey.
